Business and Dog License Customers:
- To start a new application, first click on ‘My Portal’ and then click ‘Apply Online’. After submitting your application, you will be able to pay the applicable fees. Once the application, fees, and all required submittals have been received, your application will be processed. Processing time can take up to 20 days, depending on the license type applied for. To view your application status, click on ‘My Portal’ and then click on ‘My Applications.
- Licenses are non-transferable. If ownership or location has changed, please complete a new application.
- To update your mailing address or phone number, please email your request to: utilitybilling@cityofkingman.gov .
- If you need to temporarily transfer your business license to another location, (not to exceed five consecutive days), please complete the form in the documents link under 'Other services' at the bottom of this page, and return it by email, mail, fax, or in person.
- Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7am to 6pm, excluding holidays.
