Business and Dog License Customers:

• Licenses are non-transferable. If ownership or location has changed, please complete a new application.
• To update your mailing address or phone number, please email your request to: utilitybilling@cityofkingman.gov .
• If you need to temporarily transfer your business license to another location, (not to exceed five consecutive days), please complete the form in the documents link under 'Other services' at the bottom of this page, and return it by email, mail, fax, or in person.
• Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, from 7am to 6pm, excluding holidays.
